Preventative Maintenance

Our preventative maintenance service is a proactive approach to ensuring that your critical equipment is operating optimally and efficiently at all times. A Routine Preventative Maintenances assists in identifying any potential incidences that may eventuate prior to becoming much larger problems. Proper care and regular maintenance will assist to avoiding unnecessary downtime saving you time and money.

During each visit, our technicians will inspect, measure and record equipment and component condition, system pressures and perform functionality tests on the major system components in all operating modes. Our maintenance report will highlight areas of concern and identify any consumables or parts that may require replacement due to wear and tear.

If our technicians identify areas of major concern the works shall be escalated and corrective action be taken in full consultation with our customers.

Preventative maintenance visits are conducted on a monthly basis during normal business working hours. If this is not suitable then Stulz offers an option for scheduled after hours services.
